33rr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, mobile wallet account verification or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

4. Deposits

All deposits at 33rr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

Only deposit using payment accounts registered in your own name. 33rr does not charge deposit fees on its side, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank for any applicable fees before initiating a deposit.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR back through the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, you may select an alternative eligible method from those available in your account.

Before a withdrawal is processed, you must have completed any active wagering requirements tied to bonus funds in your account. Withdrawals requested while wagering requirements remain incomplete will apply only to the withdrawable portion of your balance. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must first be converted through qualifying gameplay.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours depending on the payment method and any verification requirements.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally faster once approved.
• Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account after processing.
